Gently I remember my first burlesque films, student films, many works have been shown. But it is very early, one type of movies touched me in particular. Keaton in "One Week" a futile attempt to build a house. Lloyd flirting with a girl before falling on the sidewalk. Chaplin accompanied by a young child ... It was the Funny bones films ! Both of madness and poetry at the same time, sad clowns in abundance, a veritable urban circus! France had also its clown, who danced, typing its misadventures of his feet with the music that the envelope again. We all need a clown, Pierre Etaix tended to show us that laughter is saving. Imagine a ruined man, in despair, a former billionaire after the roll, and who happens to find the strength to fight through a clowns? Through the laughter, the smile? This film was "Yoyo" by Pierre Etaix, a film that reminds us we can still smile. Thank you Etaix.
